Overall condition is very good with light handling wear. The cover panels show outgoing flags for the first 9 holes and incoming second which have color fields reversed. This vintage original brochure is entirely devoted to flags for golf and isn dated but probably dates around 1919 or so. These flags have the hole numbers dyed onto flag rather than sewn on which allows then to blow more easily in wind.
